great place for easy access to nearby dining and attractions

I found it really convenient that there were plenty of restaurants just a few steps away, and staying here made it easy to explore the surrounding area, especially with beautiful Central Park less than 4 km away for some lovely city walks, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the scenery while discovering new places at my own pace.

The staff member who checked me in was exceptional, providing a warm welcome. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing. Upon arrival, the bathroom floor had puddles of water, and the bedroom carpet looked unvacuumed. The management's follow-up for my concerns was lacking, and no compensation was ever communicated despite promises. Dining options were limited, but the pasta served was enjoyable.

We had a great time staying in the Queen Suite with two queen beds. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and our kids loved the shallow end. The only downside was that the water bottle filling station filter really needed to be changed, but that didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

Nice hotel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I remember the staff returning my forgotten headphones, and they were always pleasant! Highly recommend for a holiday!

We loved the hotel's proximity to downtown Memphis, making it easy to visit Graceland and the DeSoto Civic Center. Our stay was comfortable, with a spacious room for our family, and I appreciated the outdoor pool area for relaxation.

My kids wished the bathroom had better accessibility features for easier use.

I had a rough stay due to the room cleanliness, but breakfast was decent and the mattresses were comfy. I probably won't return again, though.
